Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how VCF Pro, developed by Ender Işıklı, handles information when you use the VCF Pro iOS application and this support website.
Information collected by the app
VCF Pro does not collect, transmit or sell personal information. The app does not require an account and does not include advertising, analytics or cross-app tracking technologies.
Calculation inputs—including API gravity, relative density, density, temperature and volume values—are processed locally on your device. They are not sent to VCF Pro or to a remote server.
On-device operation
The calculator interface and its required resources are bundled with the app. The app may use local device capabilities, such as haptic feedback, solely to provide its interface. These interactions do not identify you and are not transmitted to the developer.
Support communications
If you contact support by email, we receive the email address, message and attachments you choose to provide. This information is used only to answer your request, investigate the reported issue and improve the app. It is not sold or used for advertising.
Please avoid sending confidential cargo, vessel, customer or employer information. Support messages are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request and meet applicable legal obligations.
Third-party services
VCF Pro does not embed third-party advertising or analytics services. Apple may process App Store, download and diagnostic information under Apple’s own privacy terms.
This support site is hosted by GitHub Pages. GitHub may process standard web request information under the GitHub General Privacy Statement. The site does not use cookies, advertising or analytics.
Retention and deletion
VCF Pro does not maintain user accounts or a developer-operated database of calculation inputs. Removing the app removes its local app container in accordance with iOS behavior. To request deletion of a support conversation, contact us using the address below.
Children’s privacy
VCF Pro does not knowingly collect personal information from children or from any other users.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the app’s features or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the latest version.
