Frequently asked questions
Does VCF Pro require an internet connection?
No. The calculator and its required resources are included in the app and calculations are performed locally on your device.
Does the app upload my calculation inputs?
No. Calculation values are processed on-device and are not transmitted to VCF Pro servers.
How should I validate a result?
Confirm the selected ASTM table, reference basis, units and observed temperature. Operational and custody-transfer calculations should always be checked against the standards and procedures applicable to your work.
How do I report a problem?
Email the support address with your app version, iOS version and the steps needed to reproduce the issue. Please remove confidential cargo or customer information from attachments.
